It’s Phase 3 of the NFL’s offseason workouts. During the first two phases, players were limited to four-hour workdays; now it’s six. They can only wear helmets and no live contact drills are allowed. But they can do 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills.
Every NFL team can have up to 10 voluntary OTA sessions over the next three weeks.
The Redskins will conduct them from May 27-29; June 2-4 and June 9-12.
Practice starts at 11AM today, and Coach Gruden is scheduled to speak to reporters after the morning practice.
