1. NO, Tiller is one of the most sound observers on this site and has excellent ability to evaluate talent through film. Do no under estimate his observations.
2. So lets give credit where credit is due. Tiller called this one from a mile away, Morgan Moses was not a first round talent, and he was probably a reach at where we got him in the third. Guys, there’s probably a better shot at Compton starting at RT the beginning of the season than Moses.
3. Moses has all the talent and size in the world. However, he lunges, he’s a waist bender, and he’s not good at dealing with speed rushers. The fact that he was beaten by a tryout player during the rookie mini camp is not good. Is it devastating? No, it is not because he can be coached up, but do not look for him to be starting game one if he doesn’t make some seriously significant strides during Training Camp.
4. Many HH'rs were pounding the table for Moses to be drafted, you got your wish. But buyer beware, he’s far from ready for this league, and if he does start right away, you better pray your quarterback is ready to run around again and make plays. I suggest you temper your expectations and listen to what Gruden had to say, this guy was drafted for the future, probably not the present.
