NBC4's Dianna Russini reported today that four players were cut following the 2nd day of the Redskin's 3 day rookie mini-camp. 38 players were invited to Redskins Park this weekend to compete for a spot on the 90 man roster. Three of the players that were cut today were signed this week as undrafted free agents. Those players were former Notre Dame QB Tommy Rees, former Tulane DT Chris Davenport, and former Texas-El Paso TE Kevin Perry. The fourth player, Safety Jose Gumbs, was with the Redskins last season. He was active for 8 games, starting in 1, and was re-signed on a 1 year deal in March.
The 4 players that were signed today were:

Drafted by the Miami Dolphins in 2011 in the 7th Round. Played for two years with the Carolina Panthers, active 14 games and starting 8. Signed with the Dallas Cowboys in 2013 and active for 2 games last season.
