Height: 6' 4", Weight: 256 lbs
Strengths: Blanchflower is a big guy. He plays tough. He is more of a traditional tight end and plays well in that role. He blocks well and keeps his feet moving. He does have decent hands and will put his body on the line for a catch. He was a four-year starter and two time captain at Massachusetts.
Weaknesses: Blanchflower is not a quick tight end. His routes are not clean and he is easily jammed at the line of scrimmage. His hands are good but not great. He does not find a lot of separation between himself and the defender.
Bottom Line: Blanchflower has a lot of heart. He is a leader and will work hard wherever he is drafted.
Projected Round: 6-7
Team He Fits Best On: Redskins, Buccaneers, Falcons
