Height: 6'0 Weight: 194
Strengths: Fuller has the size to play corner in the NFL. He excels at man coverage and was trusted to cover his assignment, even those when he was put on an island to which he responded well. Very disciplined and a strong tackler. Takes good angles in open field and doesn't shy away from contact. Versatility is what comes to mind when examining his game due to his experience in the slot and outside corner throughout his three years of playtime.
Weakness: The injury bug has been hanging around on Fuller for months, manifesting in a groin and core muscle injury for which he has had surgery. His withdrawal from the Senior Bowl seem to worry some about his NFL durability. He also tends to get caught out of position by being over aggressive. His speed is good but lacking an elite element.
Bottom Line: He comes from a NFL pedigree and his coverage skills stood out among a very good Hokie secondary when healthy. If he has a good showing at the combine it will be only help to alleviate concerns and place him where he was expected to be before injury.
Projected Rounds: 2-3
Team He Best Fits On: If he is there, he would be a good addition to a Redskins secondary in which versatility is needed. Going into the start of this season he was seen as a possible late first and early second pick so he is been picked up on many teams radar. Possible fits include the Lions, Saints, Chargers, and Bengals.
