Not to toot my own horn, (as I know many people on this site also predicted the success of Chris Borland), but playing LB for 13 years (including at the collegiate level) lends credence to my abilities as an amateur scout for the position. Thus, when I consider what it takes to be a successful mLB, I evaluate only three things: instinct, motor, and production.
