I don't think the Jets are going to trade Revis this year, he is too good and is coming off an injury which lowers his value a bit. Ultimately it's looking like he is going to hit the free agent market after next season. I feel like at that point we should have sufficient cap space to sign at least 1 big name player. I just read he is looking for a Mario Williams type contract or a bit larger (6 years, 50 guaranteed, 96 total) but I doubt he gets that, although he may get something close. Do you guys think he would be worth all of that money, we do need help at cb extremely bad and he's the best one in the league (assuming he is the same person when he comes back). Also, the fact that we have one of the best young qb's / teams in the league should be very appealing to Revis. I feel like signing him to a huge deal has Dan Snyder written all over it.
