Yea I got a little ridiculous with the trade down, but I don't think we will just stay put and pick. I really just wanted to throw in another couple picks. We can get good value in the late third fourth round. I still think we have quite a few holes to fill.
2nd Round: Jordan Poyer CB Oregon State
Quick, fast with good closing burst. A fiery player that is good against the run. Quick learner and a leader of the secondary.
3rd Round: trade back twice pick up 2 fourths and a fifth
4th Round: Blidi Wreh Wilson CB UCONN
Long arms and good in zone coverage. Lacks elite speed but was a team captain. (Shanny's favorite quality)
4th Round: Zaviar Gooden LB Missouri
Athletic freak. Runs in the 4.4's. Former safety so could be an asset in coverage.
4th Round: TJ McDonald S USC
Big safety that is not afraid to hit. I think he could be a better pro than college player. CBS compares him to Cam Chancellor.
5th Round: Chris Harper WR Kansas State
Compared to Anquan Boldin, enough said. I liked what I read in the write up on bleacher report about him.
5th Round: Brennan Williams OT UNC
Injured but is an athletic tackle with good bloodline. He would have been an early round pick pre-injury.
5th Round: Honey Badger CB "LSU"
RG3 tweated him and the kid made plays. Let's hope he learned his lesson.
6th Round: Duke Williams S Nevada
I like what I saw from the kid at the senior bowl. He is always around the ball and not afraid to hit. I think he could develop into a quality starter.
7th Round: Omoregie Uzzi OG Georgia Tech
Explosive, quick athlete and he moves well. He could be a good fit for the ZBS.
Ryan Allen P La Tech ot Jeff Locke P UCLA
We need to cut Rocca for cap space and because he was only average last year.
Michael Mauiti LB Penn State
This is a high character guy with a good skill set and a great motor. If he can recover from the injury he could be a great asset.
Even though I do no think we will draft him my draft crush is Quinton Patton WR La Tech. His highlight reel is tailor made for RG3.
