I'm moving on from the knee news and will be taking a look at the Redskins' in-house free agent decisions coming up. In the meantime, here's Seahawks trash-talking extraordinaire, Richard Sherman, yapping during the game, getting punched by Trent Williams, and having kind words for RGIII post game:

I'm so proud of you boy...you're having a hell of year and I've been proud of you since you spurned us. I didn't want to tell nobody what I told you. (laughing). But I didn't want you to go down that path. I'm proud of you...get that thang healthy.

As for the punch to the face...Trent and Sherman shared something inaudible (and very brief) first:

Trent: "I'm going to punch you in your ******* face."

Sherman: "Go ahead and do it then boy!"

Trent: (WACK!)
