You probably got an email from the Redskins organization about available tickets on ticketmaster. This is true, and at some reasonable price actually, but they are not making it easy for fans to buy ticket.

I've been reading for a long time (great job guys!) without participating in the discussions, but I thought this was worth sharing my experience as it could help some fans getting to the game.

So yesterday evening I tried to buy a ticket. Went online on ticketmaster, used their interactive map and found a nice ticket in the 400s for around $100. But... impossible to buy it. Try another one same thing. Try one for $400, it works... but no thanks. So i try to use the "best available seat" solution for the price I was looking for, nothing. I tried again later in the night, still the same ticket "available" but impossible to buy.

Fast forward this morning: same result. The same ticket was still showing up as available, and some other good tickets but still impossible to buy them. So I use their live chat help. Asked about a couple of different ticket the rep tells me some were unavailable, but some were indeed available, including one on section 222, row 4 that seemed nice for less than $150 and give me to their sale department phone number. (not sure why they can't sell me the ticket on their live chat)

I called the number, go through their automated questions, and then the system tells me there are no ticket available and hangs up! Just like that, nice...

I call again, but ask for a representative this time, and then things worked out. The ticket I had talked about on the live chat was indeed available and I was "allowed" to buy it finally!

So there are available tickets for reasonable price, but you have to fight hard for them. (probably better to call directly and ask to talk to a representative, that might save you some time)
