Hello fellow Hogs Haven members. I've seen many of you asking for links during games. Curious I wondered why if you had a permanent house in this location, why you wouldn't have comcast, dish network or directv.

Currently I am in a battle with DirecTV, my plan states my bills are to be approximately 80 dollars a month. Every month i get the bill its at least 150. Now I could easily drop directv and go to comcast (who i equally hate). The sad thing is, is I don't really watch much tv and the TV i do watch is mainly through Netflix. So I'm thinking about making a full time switch to a mix of Netflix (7.99 a month) and Amazon Prime (79.00 a year). With Netflix I can watch all my favorite TV shows up to the most current season (Netflix is always a season behind) and with Amazon prime I have to purchase the newest season or purchase by episode (usually 1.99).

So lets do the math, my favorite show right now is breaking bad and Sons of Anarchy.

I watched seasons 1-4 of both on netflix in a month for 7.99. The current season is 5 which must be watched on Amazon. Amazon at 79 a year comes up to 6.58 a month. So for the month of september I've spent $14.58 and I can buy the first 5 episodes of breaking bad for 10.99., Season 5 SOA isn't out yet. That's a total of 25.56. Now that seems a bit expensive for just two shows, however i can watch countless other shows through netflix and I'll only be watching TV when I really want to. This not only makes TV cheaper it also prevents me from becoming a couch surfer.

But as you all guessed it WHERE IN THE HELL AM I GOING TO GET FOOTBALL!? My ps3 offers a sunday ticket package, however that'll get me ever game other than the Redskins game. So I'm screwed there. I really don't want to watch games on my computer or go to a bar. I much prefer the at home experience. Now I'm sure there is at least 1 of you out there who is on the same plan as the one i'm trying to get on. So if any of you have advice please let me hear it.
