Linebacker London Fletcher practiced, though it was a light workout, and coach Mike Shanahan said he should play vs. Indianapolis on Saturday barring a setback. Fletcher sat out the Chicago game Saturday and did not practice last Thursday because of an illness.

Robert Griffin III exchanges texts with him on occasion, but doesn’t count him as anything other than an acquaintance. But he also knows he and Andrew Luck will forever be linked with one another. And Saturday is their first chance to be on the same field together.
it was very clear that Cousins had a complete understanding of the offense, regardless of the situation the team was in. He got everyone up to the line quickly and didn't waste time. It was a very efficient and effective offense with Cousins under center. On one play he recognized Dezmon Briscoe was lined up on the wrong side and calmly motioned him over as the play clock was ticking. He then preceeded to complete the pass to him. It was the type of poise and command you hope to see in a 3rd or 4th year vet, but Cousins was displaying it as a 4th round rookie.

Second-year linebacker Ryan Kerrigan continues to work on staying low. It’s helped him explode into blockers better and he consistently gains position on tight ends in the run game. But he still has a habit of taking his pass-rush line too straight upfield. When this happens, Kerrigan tends to round off his pass rush and isn’t as much of a threat.
