Dorson Boyce played at the University of Washington and was signed as an UDFA for Seattle last year. He was waived and re-signed, but ultimately saw no action. Via the SB Nation Seahwaks website:
He showed enough promise to stick on the practice squad all of last season but with the additions of several new defensive backs in this year's Draft and a few in rookie free agency, Brown becomes the odd man out.
