I know some of you guys here to be high school coaches and trainers. I just wanted to ask you all what should I do to work out my biceps and triceps. If you can think of one a calisthenic would be better for me than weight training because I'm very broke and the largest dumbbells I have are 5 lbs each.
I weigh about 140 lbs if that helps anything. I don't necessarily need any help with leg or core workouts. I've always been well off on my core and I can lift a little more than double my weight with my legs.
If it wouldn't be too much of a hassle would you be able to link me to a youtube video that demonstrates the calisthenic. If so that would be great considering I have Randy Moss arms.
(By that I mean my arms don't get big, but they're long. About a 6' wing span)
I really need to strengthen my arms to separate from corners on man-man coverage for my high school team. A tricep workout alone (other than diamond push-ups) would work fine because triceps are the strongest muscle in the human arm.
