I have debated this with others and particularly a guy who says he cuts everyone over 30 .

I think moss can be a huge asset in the slot. I think he can create mismatches in which he should have the edge on the guy covering him .

I also go back to finances .

According to www.the warpath.net/warpathredskinscap.httm Moss is due 4.8 mil this season and his release fee is 4.1

If we wait till next season he will cost 6.3 mil while his release fee is 2.1 mil .

i say with Moss it should go like this . he has been a core , productive player for us for years . He doesnt get into trouble and he seems like a good influence on the team . I tend to like to give that type of player a chance to redeem himself

I think if you do that with guys like him and Cooley that it helps the franchise . If they cant perform anymore then they will know it
