According to Ron Jaworski's rankings, RG3 is not among the top 30 NFL QBs this year.
I would not have expected RG3 to be ranked in the top 20. He has not yet taken a snap in the NFL, we don't have a lot to go on in making these kinds of assessments, but I do not think he is worse than essentially all NFL starters. Who were the five QBs at the bottom of the top 30?

#27 - Matt Flynn
#28 - Christian Ponder
#29 - Blaine Gabbert
#30 - Tim Tebow
Now, I understand that we have actual game tape to evaluate these guys on, but if Tim Tebow were truly a better QB than Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III, why isn't he starting in this league?
To be frank, I would take Rex Grossman over most of the QBs rounding out the bottom of this list.
