In the thick of the dry season, where there is almost no news bigger than Fred Davis's Keloid, we tend to bring up random things to pass the time. Well over this offseason I found out about two random celebrities who aren't know to, but are avid Redskins fans.

You folks here may have already known this, but for those who don't Dale Earnhardt Jr. is a big fan of Washington (just recently being asked about them in an interview). As a native of North Carolina he grew up rooting for the Washington sports teams (a la Michael Jordan and IH8Dallas).

The surprise on is Alex Trebek.

Yes the Canadian Alex Trebek...

Nobody really knows how he became a fan, but at some point it happened. Probably during his service in the army. Who knows. But it's cool to know we have supporters not only from around the DMV.
