I remember back in 1994 there was a group of Redskins fans that would meet every week in Greensboro to watch the games. It was an eclectic group to say the least. We had one fan who hated the commentators on TV so much he would bring a little radio into the bar to listen to Sonny and Sam while watching the game.
We had another fan who was also a huge Tennesse fan. Needless to say that he was really happy about us drafting Heath Shuler. In a way, he makes me think about the debate raging between fans now about RGIII and Luck. He was so passionate about Shuler that he ended up hating the Redskins and, after the 1994 season, I never saw him for any of the games. My point is this, there are so many people who seem to be getting way too emotionally invested in one QB or the other. I would hate to see any of the get so locked into one or the other that it turns them from the team when the guy they like gets drafted by Indy or they never give the guy we do get a chance. Lets just stop the spiteful arguing and enjoy the position we find ourselves in. When was the last time we had a chance at one of two QB's that appear to have no real question marks this close to the draft? Lets enjoy this together!!!
