Only the #1 pick in the draft is worth trading for prematurely

If we have decided to take the rookie Qb route, than we most likely aren't going to win this year anyway. So why would we rush things to impress FA wideout this year. I would wait until the last second, with the concern that maybe the Colts decide to trade their pick after all. If all of a sudden, days before the draft, the #1 pick is available, wouldn't we look really stupid having the browns trade over us and dictate who we pick? I understand this will be a really important free agency for us, but we need to be patient and make the correct decision. And maybe RG3 ends up making our currant WR's and OL look like pro-bowlers. Who knows?
