Four o'clock is passed and Matt Flynn was not franchised by the Green Bay Packers. But more interesting news came out of the Midwest, when this tidbit was tweeted:

Why does this matter? Well its clear now that many perceive Cleveland to be the frontrunner for Matt Flynn's services with the Miami Dolphins following close behind. Which, in turn, means one less player in the QB hunt.
