As far as I know, there are no league rules that will ban the Redskins new QB and receivers from practicing together this off-season as often as they like. The only rules regarding these informal workouts are:

1.) The informal workouts cannot be held at the team's facilities.

2.) No Redskins coaches may be present.

Peyton Manning, for one, is already practicing with his center and receivers. Broncos wide receiver Eric Decker has told reporters this group is not just working on passing drills, but also teaching Peyton the Broncos' "offensive language."

RG3 quote from his Pro Day: Everybody will say ‘I’ll come in, I’ll work hard, I’ll be dedicated’, but I mean it when I say it. I won’t just try to be flamboyant and try to act like ‘I’m the man, I’m the leader.’ You have to earn the respect of the players. I’ll do it from the inside-out.”
