So it sounds like the Redskins top receiver target wasn't Vincent Jackson, but in fact former Indianapolis Colts receiver Pierre Garcon.

The Redskins were quick to act on Garcon, after facing interest from the St. Louis Rams as well. Garcon deal is said to be five-years $42.5 million which includes $21 million in guaranteed money.

The Skin have also signed WR Eddie Royal who is an Alexandria native.
