Would OUR Skins be taking a step back, rather then forward with RG3?

I've said it before, maybe I'm just too nervous, which I feel is normal when you love a team as much as I love the Redskins. For this year, it would be a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and next years 1st, and possibly some more? Are we losing focus on what this team intended on doing? Look at the production of last years picks, guys were coming in hungry, and that was a hell of a job on Shanny's and Allen's job.. If they go this route and give them all of those picks for RG3, how much talent will we be missing out on? Could RG be a game changer? Possibly, but nobody knows this just yet, and you know what, if he's in Burgundy and Gold I hope he proves me wrong. The O line could be solid this upcoming year, hopefully Willie Smith and Hurt flourish in this off season.. Will Hankerson, Moss, and Gaffney be enough weapons for RG? Or will the Redskins throw a hefty dollar amount at one of the top FA's.. I personally would rather see a guy like Kyle Orton, or a Matt Flynn or Manning if healthy, Skins keep there picks and answer other area's where we need depth, and guys that are hungry to start.. If that was the case, yes it would be another possibly slow, not that productive year, but you would be able to see them getting better and better.. Next year Barclay and Jones come out.. what if we are sitting at a position where we are able to draft one of those 2, without trading a thing, will it come back to bite us in the ass?? I'm sure the bosses are taking all these thoughts into consideration because it could be a huge step forward, or another year down, and another step back for the Redskins.
