RG3 draft value getting out of control?

I’ve been reading in the paper/on twitter/etc that the Skins are prepared to offer a swap of 1s, a 2/3 this year, & next years 2,3. To me, this seems over the top for the following reasons: 1. The Browns had 16 less giveaways than the Skins, 1 less win, & only have $25 mil in cap space. IMO they have holes top-bottom they need to fill on that roster before they can be giving away multiple high round picks. 2. The Fins have to give up more high round picks than the Skins because they’re sitting at 8. With only $16 mil in cap space, they’re probably not going to do that. 3. The Seahawks are the only team I see as a logical threat to move up. But do the Rams want to move all the way back to 12? They need OL, WR help bad. Remember how good our pass rush looked against them? Redic. 4. IMO with only 3 QB "desperate" teams looking to make the leap, and Manning, Flynn, Orton/Campbell/etc sitting out there in FA. The irrational nature of "special players" would be the only reason to trade that many picks. Also Tannehill isn’t the worst option in the mid-late 1st. 5. The Falcons moved up TWENTY ONE SPOTS and only gave up their first (27th overall) second (59th) and fourth-rounder (124th) and also the following years first- and fourth. I know we are in DESPERATE need of an RG3 talent level QB but we don’t need to unnecessarily "do whatever it takes". Am I way off track here or does swapping 1’s and throwing in a 2/3 seem to be extremely competitive?
