Upshaw was another player that Shanhan coached at the Senior Bowl. At the 2:20 mark I ask Upshaw what feedback Coach Haslett gave him from his week in Mobile.

Having trouble commenting on Montgomery post

I don’t if others are having the same problem So I’ll just comment here. The contract seems long for an average 29 year old( although centers do have one of the longest shelf lives of any position ). I just think he could be upgraded especially in this draft we could still draft a center and let them battle it out this year ( I’m thinking Molk) and then after this year just have Monty for depth. I would have guessed the longest deal they would have done is 2 years but if there’s not a lot of guaranteed money ( which i doubt it is ) it’s not a big risk.
