Would RG3 refuse to play for the Cleveland Browns? I think its possible. I know he comes off as a nice guy but Leaveland is debatably one of the worst franchises and cities in the NFL(imo). Personally I don't see the Browns moving up anyways. But it seems like an interesting thought.

I don't recall anyone mentioning this as a possibility. If I was him I'd be looking at DC and Miami as perfect landing spots. Both are bigger markets and both bring more to the table. I won't elaborate but in my mind its not a question.

I know I'm biased but what do you guys think?
