Robert Griffin III Injured: Kirk Cousins Throws Late Touchdown Pass, Runs In Game-Tying Conversion

Stay connected for news and updates

With under two minutes to play and trailing 28-20 against the Ravens, Robert Griffin III took a hard hit from Haloti Ngata. He took a play off, continued and even completed a big pass, but had to be taken out in favor of Kirk Cousins. Cousins, coming off the bench cold, made a great pump fake before finding Pierre Garcon in the end zone for an eleven-yard score. Needing a two-point conversion to tie it up, Cousins took the quarterback draw up the middle for an emphatic score, tying the game at 28. The Ravens have under 30 seconds to respond before we go to overtime.
