Rob Jackson Intercepts Tony Romo With Three Minutes Left

After the Redskins had to punt the ball away, Rob Jackson has halted a Dallas drive with a huge interception for the Redskins. It is Romo's third interception of the day, and puts Washington in great position - in Dallas territory with three minutes left and a three-point lead. The interception comes just a few plays after Robert Griffin III was sacked for a 13-yard loss on third down, and directly after a 14-yard pass from Romo to Witten.

Big Punt Return Leads to Dallas Touchdown

A Dwayne Harris punt return led to a pair of perfect passes from Tony Romo, and the Redskins now trail 21-18. Harris returned a Sav Rocca punt 39 yards with just under seven minutes left in the game, and Rocca brought him down with a horse collar tackle, adding another 15 yards to the play. Three plays later, Romo found Kevin Ogletree with a ten-yard pass in the corner of the end zone, and found Harris in the same spot on the two-point attempt. Admittedly, both were very good throws from Romo, and Harris in particular made a fantastic grab on the conversion.

With 5:50 left, Washington will try and further their lead while running out the clock as much as possible.

Robert Griffin III ran for 17 yards before completing two passes for a combined 26 yards, to Santana Moss and Pierre Garcon. Alfred Morris then ran 32 yards to the left side, zig-zagging his way through the Cowboy defense for the touchdown. Washington now leads 21-10.

Morris has run 24 times for 172 yards and two touchdowns, breaking the Redskins' single-season rushing record. The yardage is a career-high, and the sixth time this season he has eclipsed 100 yards. The two scores also tie a career-high.

Redskins Bounce Back, Morris Ties it at 7-7

After a controversial touchdown for the Cowboys, the Redskins have immediately struck back. An eight-play, 68-yard drive took up about four-and-a-half minutes before a 17-yard run by Alfred Morris tied it at seven. With about three minutes left, the game is 7-7, with the Cowboys receiving.

Other than an eight-yard pass from Robert Griffin III to Logan Paulsen, the Redskins gained all of their yardage on the drive in the running game. Morris had 45 yards, Griffin had nine, and Evan Royster had six.

Cowboys Take 7-0 Lead on Controversial Play

After the play clock seemingly stood at zero for a full second, Dallas was able to get a play off on third-and-goal. Tony Romo completed a nine-yard pass to Jason Witten for the first score of the day. The Cowboys now hold a 7-0 lead with about eight minutes left in the second quarter. Romo struggled out of the gate, throwing two interceptions before that touchdown pass. Washington and Robert Griffin III will now get the ball back, trying to tie it up before the half.
