G'day All

Last time I will mention this sport I promise, but just found out that this year the AFL Grand Final (AUssies Rules Superbowl) will be broadcast in the US on ESPN2.  So if you want to check out a different sport and see it at its highest toughest level then this would be a great opportunity to see the game.

Like I say this is our Superbowl, we get 100 000 to the game, halftime shows, pre-game shows, big hype, parade through the city of all the players the day before the game all that good stuff.  And it should be a cracking game no matter who makes it this year.

My team Hawthorn suffered devastating injurys but if we can win our next two play off games and make the GF we will give it a good shake.  COllingwood and Geelong are the favourites and are playing an amazing attacking style at the moment with ferocious tackling when forced to defend.  Sydney, Carlton and WEst Coast are the outsiders but all bring different styles and will be entertaining if they make it..

Anyway, I love the Skins but I also love this sport and my beloved Hawthorn, so 3 weeks time, Saturday October 1 at 3pm our time, so I think that is Friday night about 10pm for you guys, but its on ESPN 2 so it should be easily accessible for you all anyway.
