The Redskins injury report looks like the following, and these players are not expected to play Friday:
- RB Ryan Torain (fractured hand)
- RG Artis Hicks (concussion),
- WR Malcolm Kelly (foot)
- Safety O.J. Atogwe (hamstring)
- Chris Cooley (knee)
- Kareem Moore (knee)
LaRon Landry (Achilles) and John Beck (groin) are healthy enough to go in a regular season game, in my opinion based on yesterday, but their status has not been officially announced. The news on Cooley is a bit concerning. I saw him tweak his knee 10 yards in front of me yesterday. He was off on the sidelines stretching it for a half hour, went back in for one play, and then iced it after practice. Shanahan had this to say:
"There is concern. The knee is sore and he's getting treatment and hopefully it keeps on getting better."
Kerrigan will play on Friday.
