According to ESPN's Adam Schefter the Redskins have agreed to terms with former Jets quarterback Kellen Clemens. Clemens will be entering his sixth NFL season and has started nine career games in New York. Clemens is 28 and played his college career at Oregon. He has spent the past couple of years as the back up to Mark Sanchez.
