HD Footage of Redskins Latest Workout Including Messages from Team

The NFLPA attended one of the Redskins most recent workouts and kindly passed us along their video. There's a lot of pixel-perfect, HD footage of John Beck doing John Beck things. In addition, the following Redskins players (in order) deliver messages to the fans thanking them for being patient throughout the ordeal: DeAngelo Hall, Kareem Moore, Kevin Barnes, Mike Sellers, Chris Neild,  DeJon Gomes (who looks VERY young), London Fletcher, Lorenzo Alexander (who looks emaciated compared to last year), Kedric Golston, Chris Wilson, Anthony Armstrong, and last but not least, our fearless leader, John Beck - all speaking over lovely Oscar acceptance speech music. I'm ready for some football.

I think you can see that “fleshy body” we’ve been hearing so much about, right around 0:24. It’s extremely brief (thank God).

That music lol

I was half expecting to see the Redskins storming the beaches of Normandy after “practice”
Beck’s kind of a Tool lol, I think he’s loving this limelight a little too much.

Yeah, about that music

I could take out my trash to that music, and it would seem epic. Sure will be glad when the lockout ends and we start making progress towards the team we’ll be this season.

Two things.,

Beck is a little to cocky.
LoAx looks like he’s been shedding pounds!

agreed on both....

I didn’t care for the video much at all, even after wtching again with a much more sober head. I found it to be pandering and, at times, quite insincere. The vets obviously handled the “interviews” better than the youngsters…“We are out here working hard for you” was stated more than once. A more disingenuous statement I could not imagine (outside of politics).
Working hard are you?….for me?
Hot tip of the day….I don’t want to hear about what you are doing for me. You don’t even know me.
I do two things that pay my bills. Play/teach guitar and cook, and I enjoy doing those things immensely. If you come to my house as a guest, then I am cooking for you….when I am at work I am cooking for me. I take pride in my work and my job is to do the best I can to exceed the expectations of the customer, and I am good at it, and I get rewarded for it within the organization.
“Thank you for your support” doesn’t even ring true after 15 times.
If they have that many players on the field 2-3 days a week, 2 hours a day for maybe a month that would considered epic desire to be a team….and that’ 2-3 days of work for me in, well, 2-3 days.
I don’t think Beck can come anywhere close to handling the pressure.

I will try agin tomorrow with this one.....

Started out great, I could only make it through 4-5 players thanking me/us for my/our support. Both sides rallied for public support when this thing started. A bit of grandstanding by the defense (yeah, and William “the fridge” Perry was a “bit” overweight), and “sincere” appeals to the public by “Captain America” himself…Donald Trump….ummm, I mean Roger Goddell.
The overwhelming response from the masses was: “WE really don’t give a fuck how you work it out, just get it done.”

Chris Neild looked pretty bulky...

Anyone know if he’s added any weight?

Given the versatility LoAx has displayed over his career,

I vote for him taking over as the starting QB. Not quite a wildcat formation…maybe we can just call it “the liger”.

WTF Was that?????

NObody cares about your warm words! We want to see the workout and how the rookies look. Complete waste of 5 minutes of my life.
