I'm making another executive decision here, Art Monk will be a starter on our All-Time Best Redskins starting roster. I don't think anyone will have an argument about that. Now, we have to argue about the 2nd best WR, the guy who'll start opposite Art Monk. I picked Gary Clark over 2 Hall of Fame WR's in Charley Taylor and Bobby Mitchell. It's definitely a touch choice, let the debate commence.
