I know a lot of folks have a sour taste in their mouth after CP's words of maybe playing us twice a year to exact some revenge. I know I sure do.

But if good 'ol CP26 were to ever resign( by some miracle) with us..... would we as fans be willing to welcome him back? Would he even be eager to prove he still has some juice left in the tank? And what about Riggo's rushing record? Could we burry the hatchet with his antics if he wanted to go in the record book as the Redskins career rushing yards holder? How many years could he still contribute? I'm sure he realizes he won't be the feature back anymore which would diminish a ton of the pressure that's been on his shoulders since he came to DC.

These are just some of the things that have bugged me since his release, and his recent comments. I for one would like to see him still in Burgundy and Gold. It's also a nice thought to see him try to surpass Riggins' franchise record before he decides to retire for good.
