Santana Moss has been very consistent in his message for six months-

He wants to retire a Redskin
he wants a three-year contract at about 5 million per year.
Moss is the perfect slot receiver, and can be moved there if Malcolm Kelly and/or Hankerson become effective receivers.
This is old news-it all depends on Shanahan

True, but I find it hard to believe that those sixth and seventh round picks

Are going to beat Santana Moss out for a roster spot. It’s going to be something like this: Kelly as the first (fingers crossed), Hankerson opposite him with Santana in the slot when we played trips. Armstrong may make the roster.
I see the rest of these guys both from last year and this year fighting for at most two spots (maybe three if Kelly is a bust, I think he is) but no way, do I see Santana Moss not on the roster next year unless Shanahan wants him gone.

Keep him for the same salary …… reach SB give him a bonus …. We should try and pick-up Carl Nicks and Justin Blalock both are Offensive Guards ……

I shot him a tweet after we drafted Hankerson, saying another U alumn is heading to DC and HTTR. He replied “u knw it!” So there you have it. It’s set in stone.

I hope the Shanahan’s do plan on keeping Santana around, for some reason I just doubt it. IMO they believe Armstrong can do everything Moss can do, which is false.
