I liked a lot of this guys picks, but thought the Skins could do better.

The Skins could bypass the trade down route, but this isn’t the best approach whether it’s for Robert Quinn, Tyron Smith, Nick Fairley, or Julio Jones.  Yet it is a reach for other players in the first round with #10.
For instances Jake Locker  is ranked about #26.  Phil Taylor may be early 2nd round.

1st round Jake Locker, QB

The second round pick without a trade down does not get any easier. For instance, 2nd round potential picks Rodney Hudson,  Justin Houston, or Christian Ponder (In lieu of Jake Locker in the first.  Substitute Phil Taylor for Locker).
