Any word on how Mike is doing? I was shocked to see he could not play in 2010. I hope his plan to lose weight and the problem with the blood clots will be able to be fixed so he can continue to play football in 2011. When you can't do wait you want to do, it is the pits.
Mike helped me when we lived in the same apt. complex in Ashburn, VA. My Doberman, Wile the Coyote, Blue boy, was lose. He had taken off like a greyhound. I was looking for him and saw this huge black man not to far from me.
I needed help and asked him if he could work with me to get him back. He said yes. Then we separated. I thought he had gone to do an errand until I saw him in his big truck, riding around trying to find him. I told him where I was headed, to wooded area where Wile was suppose to be there. Mike high tailed it in his truck to bring Wile back. They came back in the truck and Wile was his passenger.
Then Mike got out with Wile, and I said, "Hail, to the Redskins". It was a blessing to get my Dobe back.
Thanks again, Mike if you read this. He is guite a gentlemen and a friend when you need one!
