Which team currently has the has the most valuable roster?

We all know the Redskins roster is relatively devoid of talent and outside of Trent Williams, LaRon Landry, and Brian Orakpo there are not too many guys who would be worth a high 1st round picks (maybe even Carlos Rodgers if/when he is still on the team). Outside of those guys, who else? London Fletcher is great, but due to his age, no one would give up a draft pick prior to the 6th round for him, if that. Better yet, not only picks, but who's roster would you be willing to pay high salaries to more of their players. 

Example of Good Teams Poor Value:

Pittsburgh - while they have a great team, their roster wouldn't be worth much, especially their aged defense.

Colts - can't think of anyone off hand worth a high pick besides a WR or one of their DE, but not even Peyton would net a high first round pick, maybe I'm wrong. Other than that, their roster is limited. 

Patriots - They have a GREAT team, but how much of that is coaching?

i'm thinking Tampa and Lions (Tampa and Detroit mainly because they have been in a position to pick so high for the past 10 years basically). Thoughts? Maybe after some feedback I would will post a poll.
