According to this NFL.com article, Moss is looking for 2/3 with about 5 million a year. I have heard this on twitter this morning from somewhere else, and I would be willing to pay it. Moss has been such a valuable guy for us this year, and since 2005. I want to see him stay here until he retires, and be remembered as a Redskin great in a generation lacking many.
This also removes the need of WR in the draft, which I am strongly opposed to. With so many other needs, how can we afford to draft a wideout? I know, we could hit an Andre Johnson or something, but at this point we need to draft linemen and maybe a QB in the second. Adding a WR just sets everything else back. Now if Moss walks, I would have to reconsider. Don't forget about Armstrong, I really believe he is emerging as a No. 1 Wideout.
