Game Information

Kickoff for the Skins/Boys is set for 1pm at Fedex Field in Landover, MD. The game will be televised on FOX and will be called by Kenny Albert and Daryl Johnston, with sideline reporting provided by Tony Siragusa. 

The Skins are 3-6 and 2-2 at home, while the Boys are 5-4 and 1-3 on the road.

ESPN's Accuscore currently has the Boys as a 81 to 18 percent computer favorite over the Skins. Vegas currently has the Boys as a 8 point favorite.  

 

Notable Good/Bad Stats-Redskins

The Skins pass rush has been outstanding. Their have gotten 27 sacks(6th in NFL) which have forced a loss of 194 yards(4th in NFL). They have also kept their streak of not allowing a 300 yard passer or 300 yards passing in a game this season.

The Skins have only given up 30 or more points once this season.

The Skins offense has been terrible this season. They have scored less than 20 points in 6 of their 9 games. They have also been horrific in the run game. Only Tennessee averages less yards on the ground than Washington. 

The Skins have lost 5 straight and have not held a lead since their 17-10 victory over St. Louis(2-7) in week 4.

 

Notable Good/Bad Stats-Cowboys

Dallas has been simply amazing on their Home turf. They have averaged 29.8 points at home while giving up only 15.4 points. They have posted a 4-1 record and have won by an average of 14.8 points.

Romo has been flawless at home. He has posted a completion percentage of 68.3, a QB Rating of 105, and has thrown 10 touchdowns. He has not thrown an interception in his last three home contests.

Cowboys RB Demarco Murray has been a monster. He is averaging 6.7 yards per carry this season. 

The Boys have not matched their stellar play at home in their road contests. The Boys have only averaged 18.5 points per game in their road games and have given up 26.3 points per game. 

The Boys have been their own worst enemy throughout the season. They blew a 14 point lead in week one against the Jets, a 24 point lead in their only home loss vs the Lions and they lost a late 3 point lead at New England.
