The Skins can't stop the run. Take a look at these games

Week 3 vs Dallas- 26 carries, 125 yards, 4.8 yards per run

Week 6 vs Philadelphia- 38 carries, 192 yards, 5.1 yards per run

Week 7 vs. Carolina- 37 carries, 175 yards, 4.7 yards per run

TOTAL AVERAGE IN THE THESE THREE CONTESTS 

33.6 CARRIES, 164 YARDS, 4.9 YARDS PER RUN

That is awful and it has to change. The Skins had one good day against the run and that was in Week 1 against the Giants. Stopping the Rams and Cardinals who have a combined record of 1-11 is not anything to brag to mama about. Something needs to be done. Look at the next three foes on tap:

San Francisco- 131.5 yards per game rushing

Miami- 112.2 yards per game rushing
