Bored? You're in luck! ESPN released their playoff predictor today: http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/7141042/introducing-espn-insider-nfl-playoffs-predictor
You can only access it if you're an "insider" and if you're not then pay the $10 cheap ass!
Anyways here is what they have laid out for the playoffs so far.
NFC
1- Green Bay: 15-1, 98.2% chance of making the playoffs
2- San Francisco: 14-2 (YEA RIGHT!) 95.1%
3- New Orleans: 13-3 84.5%
4- Dallas: 11-5, 62.4%
5- Detroit: 11-5, 71% (How does Dallas get the 4 seed?)
6- Chicago: 10-6, 47.7 %
Non Playoffs:
Atlanta: 8-8, 22.7%
Giants: 7-9, 38.4%
Philly: 7-9, 25.1%
Redskins: 5-11, 19.8% (So you're telling me there's a chance!?!)
Carolina: 7-9, 11.7%
Tampa Bay: 6-10, 10%
Seattle: 6-10, 7.5%
Arizona: 4-12, 4.7%
Rams: 1-15, 2.1%
Vikings: 5-11, 0.8%
Couple things here, how do 3 NFC North teams make it? Especially if Green Bay is going 15-1? Wouldn't they beat up on each other? And how does Dallas get a higher seed with the same record as Detroit, despite losing to Detroit?
