Do we want Tony Richardson, I vote YES.
I forget exactly where I saw it, but there was discussion on HH recently about Cooley and Davis leaving us with 2 not noted for their blocking TE's and without Sellers no great FullBack to help the Running Game or offer support blocking to our undermanned O-Line.
Well the answer seems to lie with the recently cut T-Rich.
Everything I have seen of him on Hard Knocks just screams Leader (unlike the loser they have at QB at New York B)
He's tough, and there is the little advantage that Larry Johnson had his best ever rushing season running behind him, and unlike Larry Johnson T-Rich actually had quality production last year, laying the platform for a +1000 yard rushing performance by Leon Washington and laying the platform for Shonne Greene great playoff performance.
Now this is a little hypocritical from me, considering I am against the push to sign TJ now he has been cut by Seattle due to the fact I desperately want us to get younger, so feel free to tee off on me for that reason.
But unlike the rest of our Geriatric backfield, I repeat again T-RICH actually produced last year and appears to be in great shape, he just arrived in a situation where the Jets seem to have made a great draft pick at that position with the Terminator. Now maybe I am just getting swayed by the first 2 eps of Hard Knocks, (which btw if anyone knows where I Can see the later episodes I would be eternally grateful seeing as they have been pulled from You Tube and obviously dont get screened in Australia) but if you look at the stats this seems like an unsexy pick that could clearly help our running game. A facet of the game that with our receivers we are going to be relying on early in the season by the looks of things.
So what say you, sign T-Rich or go young.

for the 100 yard rushing season at the Jets
maybe that was him, I am relyin on memory and am too lazy to go and check.
As for the main thrust of the post, there I definitle mean Tony Richardson, the recently cut Full Back of Jersey B
Pommylee
Yeah I know you were talking about T. Rich
but it was T. Jones with the 1,000 yard season

Haven't we had enough...
of everybody’s cast-offs? Former Pro Bowlers? Haven’t we been down this road for the last eleven years with bad results? Time for home grown talent. If the Jets don’t want him I don’t either.
Well the Jets resigned him...
I didn’t want him anyway
