Ask Revenge of the Birds

Hello Redskins fans. Sorry I'm so late with posting this, but you probably know about the big story dealing with our team that has been pretty distracting.

So, if there is anything you want to know about the Cardinals, feel free to ask here. And if you have any opinions on our QB battle feel free to give them (I'm one of the people who wants Leinart to be the starter).

So, ask away!

How is Beanie Wells gonna do fantasy wise?

Figuring he doesn’t have a Top 5 passing offense anymore and he’s struggled as of late.

I saw him having around 1200 yards with 10 TDs this year

And I still do. He hasn’t played well in the Preseason, but part of that can be attributed to ultra vanilla playcalling, and how the Offensive Line is still trying to gel.

Why?

Explain the issue. Where does it say in the guidelines I’m unable to ask a question of someone opening himself up for questions about his team. Show me, and I will admit that I made a mistake

don’t come on ours to ask them a question. It’s not in any guidelines….it’s just considered blog etiquette. You were one of those kids that when your dad told you no….you went and asked your mom! ASSCLOWN! HTTR!

He "fumbled" in the last game

Although his knee was down, and the refs were too stupid to notice that.

But I guess it was because the refs had a different video feed that showed it from a different angle than the one I saw. The Cardinals announcers had one that had an unobstructed view of his knee being down before the ball came out, but the Bears one used a view where someone else was in the way and you couldn’t tell if the ball came out before his knee was down or not.

Where do you guys figure you'll end up this year in your division?

I mean losing Warner and Boldin is huge, but it seems like you still have good players and I admire the Wiz. Are these things overcome-able given the QB situation? What’s going on with the knock that Leinart has “lost the lockeroom/team?”

Well, I thought that with Leianrt we could at least stay competive in the division.

Anywhere between 7-9 to 10-6. But after seeing how Anderson played last year I do not know if he can get back into 2007 form, and I have still seen some of the accuracy issues that have plagued him. There is still a good core group of players, and the defense could be pretty good this year, but right now it all depends on if we get 2007 Anderson, or the 2009 version that was outplayed by JaMarcus Russell.

Makes you feel sorry for Cleveland.

JaBustus wasn’t much better than him though. He had a better completion percentage and yards per attempt, his QB rating was slightly higher.

But that’s it.

Right now

Fitzgerald, Breaston, Doucet, Stephen Williams [undrafted rookie who looks like a big time steal], Andre Roberts, then either Onrea Jones or Max Komar.

Is there a problem between Leinart & Whisenhunt ?

or what is going on that would make Anderson a starter over Leinart ?

by ENsDad27 on Sep 2, 2010 4:12 PM EDT reply actions

I don't know

Leinart did say that he thought the benching was for something “beyond football” this week, and Boldin said in a radio interview that Leinart and Coach Whiz never got along very well either.

It could be something personal between them, but until I hear all the details of what went on behind the scenes I don’t know what happened.

Did it involve activities in a hot tub?

Seems likely… :)

Maybe his son?

Leinart and Ken Jr. taking a dip? Sorry….had to go there! In all honesty……I think Anderson gives you a better chance….Leinart won’t go deep….and although he is an accurate passer….it’s all dump-offs. Anderson will send it downfield…..to whom….you never know….but he doesn’t play safe….and apparently that’s what the Whiz wants. Even if he isn’t hitting the deep ones….just the threat will open up your running game….which will activate the play-action pass. You can’t do that when you dump the ball off to the back or TE everytime. When Leinart does throw deep….that ball is all over the place.
