How about the Redskins actually acquiring a draft pick instead of trading one away?
In case you haven't heard Denver Broncos linebacker Elvis Dumervilsuffered a torn pectoral muscle during Wednesday's practice that will sideline him indefinitely. As stated above, Dumervil is listed as a LB but is primarily a pass rushing specialist. When I heard this news I thought that the Broncoscould be interested in DE/LB Andre Carter. Seeing that Carter is more suited to a 4-3 defense that Denver runs coupled with the fact that their next leading sacker only tallied 4.
I'm not saying Redskinspark should be calling Denver immeditaly but this could be a way for us to recop a 3rd or 4th round pick back. What does Hogs Haven think?

Should the Redskins attempt to trade Andre Carter to recop a draft pick?
Yes. It would help us rebuild and add depth plus Carter is nearing the end of his career. (178 votes)
No. We don't have any depth behind him and we need as many bodies at LB in a 34 defense. (127 votes)
