London Fletcher, Adam Carriker, Brian Orakpo, and Trent Williams to name a few. Good stuff seeing these guys so dedicated even with their last month off before training camp. Being a DC local, if I was a player in this frickin heat, I'd take the Portis route and work out in South Beach or Cali.

Carriker

Good to see a defensive lineman with a solid sense of dedication and work ethic (not naming names). I really have high hopes for the guy he was a solid acquisition. i hope his injury history doesn’t follow him. If all goes well he could be an impact starter for us. Also good that williams is surrounding himself with veterans, hope london becomes his role model. He is a complete class act.

Pulling the sled.

One of the old guys was the repeatedly leader pulling the sled on the video was Mike Sellers. This exercise was over 50 yards. There were about 20 players out there that day.

I just saw

Sellers and about 20-30 other players pulling sleds on Redskins Nation a few days ago, so it was definitely this year and definitely within the past two weeks. Sellers was pulling the sleds so easily that he actually looked bored. That dude is strong beyond belief.

I had to do a double take too

But I guess Shanahan has given this team a reason to workout during their off time. They all probably realize they’ll be sent to the bench if they slip up enough.
