The Skins come in at 7.5, which seems pretty accurate for a team that's made a lot of improvements from 4-12, but still is mediocre at some positions (WR, RB, interior Offensive Line, Safety)... 

What do you guys think? Too low?

In terms of other teams: I think they have SD, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Chicago, KC too high, maybe Detroit too low.
