For all you weight lifters and trainers out there, this question goes out to you guys.
I'm developing a new conditioning program for our high school football program. I am a tru believer in variety when it comes to strength and conditioning. I have stole some concepts from PSU's H.I.T. program, but it is pretty advanced, and I'd rather keep it more simple.
I am a big believer in circuit training and Plyometrics for explosion and power. My main goal is to work these kids hard for the next 7 weeks, but at the same time, implement exercises that are fun and different than they have seen in the past.
Does anyone have any good workouts, or strength tarining programs that they currently use, or have used in the past, that have been successful?
Feel free to share some ideas with me. I am constantly looking for new routines to implement into our summer program.
