Join Lorenzo Alexander, Kedric Golston, London Fletcher and other Redskin players for a charity bike ride on the W&OD Trail on Sunday, July 18 at Reston Town Center in Virginia. The ride kicks off at 12 noon! The ride will benefit Lorenzo Alexander's ACES Foundation serving area youth as well as African Orphanages. All riders will have the chance to win fantastic prizes, including hotel packages, Redskin game tickets and other great prizes. Also joining the ride are Kelli Johnson of Comcast SportsNet and Mike Wise of WJFK 106.7 The Fan & of the Washington Post.

I should be able to make this and plan to attend. There are 3 different starting points, so all ages can join in, including kids and Ken's grand-mom. I'm going to do my best at getting London to give me one of his infamous pre-game speeches before we push off.
