Rocky signed his 1-year, $1.739 million contract. This is great news for an already thin ILB core. Guard, Paul Fanaika and Kicker Justin Medlock were waived in other team related news. Carlos Rogers is the lone holdout.
Rocky definitely deserved a bigger pay day, but with Perry Riley in the mix and a lockout looming, Rocky didn't have a lot of negotiating power here. Rocky of course is represented by Drew Rosenhaus, who is having his worst off-season yet.
